Enable Structly in Safari.

Follow the one-minute guide to turn on the extension. Structly will confirm when everything is ready.

Turn it on from Safari

This is the fastest route. Keep this page open or play the video while you follow the steps.
Watch: enable Structly from Safari’s Page Menu.

  1. Open Safari

    Open any webpage, then tap the Page Menu beside the address bar.

  2. Manage extensions

    Choose Manage Extensions, then turn on Structly. Allow website access if Safari asks.

  3. Return to Structly

    The app refreshes automatically.

    When this green status appears, setup is complete.

Troubleshooting

Safari updated and Structly stopped working

Open Safari’s Page Menu, choose Manage Extensions, then turn Structly off and back on. Allow website access again if Safari asks. If it is still unavailable, restart Safari once.

Structly did not format a page

Structly activates on responses Safari recognises as JSON, usually with a Content-Type: application/json header. Pages sent as text/html or text/plain may not trigger automatically. Focus the address bar and reload once.

Do preferences sync between devices?

No. Theme, text size and recent documents stay on the device where you set or opened them. Structly has no account and nothing is uploaded.

How do I open a JSON file from Files, Mail or another app?

Share the file (or selected JSON text) and choose View in Structly. It opens the full viewer right inside the share sheet. To keep working on it, open the file in the Structly app instead. In Safari, open the Structly extension on a JSON page and choose Open in Structly.

Pages over about 100 KB open in a paged view so they appear right away: you see the top level first, and each list loads 200 items at a time as you expand it. Very large pages ask first whether to format or show the raw text. For the full tree, search and tables on big files, open the page in the Structly app.
