What it does
Daily readiness score
A 0–100 number derived from HRV, sleep duration and efficiency, and recent training load — with the inputs you can tap to see what drove it.
Stress timeline
Hourly HRV-derived stress score across today, with faded ghost bars for hours that didn't sample so the gaps read honestly.
Sleep insights
Quality, efficiency, stages, bedtime consistency, and weekly trends — plus a daylight footer tying outdoor light exposure back to circadian rhythm.
Training load
TRIMP-based acute and chronic load with the acute:chronic ratio, so "should I go hard today" has a defensible answer rather than a vibe.
AI Coach
Ask anything about your recovery or training. The 7-day data block is in front of the model before your question, so the answers reference real numbers — not hypotheticals.
Apple Watch + Siri
Watch app for at-a-glance readiness; Siri Shortcuts for "what's my HRV", "how did I sleep", and "ask my coach [question]".
Privacy first
Everything stays on your device and in your private iCloud database. No analytics, no third-party SDKs, no tracking. The AI coach uses whichever provider you choose — Apple Intelligence and the on-device MLX models never make a network call; cloud providers (Claude, OpenAI, custom endpoint) are bring-your-own-key and talk to those services directly under their terms.
