Stash has a new website: Keep the good parts.

The idea is simple: give the things you copy a place to land, then lift out the pieces you want to use again. The website previews the new iPhone and iPad design, with Tape for working through text and Shelf stacks for keeping related clips together. It also introduces the Stash keyboard and optional iCloud sync.

The website is live; the app is still in development and is not yet available for public download. The Mac app is also in development, with an interface of its own.
